CFWC Annual Report

It's Report Time!

What are "annual reports," and why are they necessary? Reports show the beginning, middle, and end of a project, hours, and money spent (in-kind), and provides a picture to CFWC and GFWC of how our club is doing. It may also help in tax reporting purposes for you, if you spent money on a project and were not reimbursed, or donated an item to a raffle. For this reason, we request a monthly volunteer record from everyone.

What counts?

1. Time to attend the luncheon, committee meetings, state, district, or area meetings.

2. Attendance at any WCH sanctioned event.

3. Time in chairing or co-chairing a committee, preparations, and organization behind the scenes.

4. Support by volunteering or donating to one of WCH's partner non-profits (Girl's Inc., Small Steps, Emmaus House, Food Bank - see a complete list in the Yearbook.

A Volunteer Record is under "Forms" on the website in a PDF format. You can fill the form out on your computer and email it to Kathy Kessler at kkessler@sbcglobal.net.  FORMS ARE DUE BY JANUARY 1, 2020!
